Our programs include Yoga History, its development, postures, Yoga therapy, Pranayam, and dhyan/meditation. We have had the priviledge to work with various corporates in international yoga day, and have helped teams for yoga classes near me. We train people on yoga for weight loss with the help of hatha yoga. The yoga for beginners and yoga for kids has always been an exiting experience. We do yoga classes and yoga nidra, for some while the hot yoga, and yoga for back pain has been a solution for many. We train people with yoga exercise while keeping the kundalini yoga original essence intact. We have also been working with power yoga in our yoga studio.
