YogaforLife was established in 2001, having roots in the Himalayas. Our Mentors have high qualifications in Yoga. We have arranged numerous free camps for the needy and we spread health around the globe. The Institute has origins from Parmarth Niketan (Rishikesh, UK, IN). Our Mentors have gone to various parts of the globe to spread health by Yoga. Apart from General Fitness, we have expertise in Meditation, Hath Yoga and Ashtang Yoga. We provide Yoga for General Fitness and we do have proven records of treating Herniated disc, Slip Disc, Spondylitis, Vision Problems, Sinusitis and Migraine. We provide classes, specifically targeting on your requirements. We are open Mon-Sat from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. Guidelines are important to achieve the desired results. Please find below some guidelines that will help us in achieving better results

General

  • Fees payable is on Advance basis. Request you to please submit fees before start of your session.
  • We are available for classes in Skype, Google, Zoom. Please do confirm which one suits you the best we prefer Skype based on Security and ease. (ID will be shared post confirmation).
  • Since we have back to back classes to support our esteemed clients. Classes are scheduled for 50 Minutes whcih can be extended by 10 minutes if required
  • Please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance if you are planning for a break, so that the time can be managed effectively.
  • We do not allow recording of the session. This ensures privacy of both the parties.
  • There is always a best time which suits an individual and we strive hard to alighn that to all our clients. In case you loose your aligned/preferred timeslot due to non-payment. It becomes very hard to get that back as the same might have been taken up by someone who is in wanting to get that.
  • Personal classes are Personal- There might be discussions required to be done which might be personal (especially for treatment classes). The asanas might have been tailored to cater to your individual needs, which might not suit to other person who is not part of the session.

Before hand

  • Please share last 6 months medical report/ Talk to us so that the asanas can be tailored accordingly.
  • Prefer to use a tab if not a laptop so that you get a big screen to be able to have a clear view.

Guides

  • The Asanas/Nutrition/pranayam prescribed is based on the requirement and aim planned. It might be very different for another individual. Please do not share/ prescribe to another individuals of your family.
  • Please use a place where you do not get disturbed for best utilization of your slot.

Environment

  • Please install Skype preferably on laptop. Do let us know if there is a constrain or you prefer a different communication media.
  • Do keep ample space around you and yoga mat for uninterrupted movement.
  • Ensure Well ventilated and lit environment (Light source should be behind the laptop flap so that we face and body can be clear. Try to avoid mirror, or shiny surfaces behind you to make it a clear picture)
  • Wear loose fitting/ Stretchable clothes to ensure proper movement
  • Do not eat anything heavy 1 hour before and after the yoga class (small quantity of water is allowed so a keeping a water bottle near is advisable).
  • Keep a small towel along with to take care of the sweat.
  • Yoga, especially who have not done it before might cause a lasting muscle pain for some people. This subsides in 4-5 days. Hence do not panic.
  • Laptop/tab can be placed on around 1 feet elevated place and 4-5 feet away from you for best angle.
  • Use a Good Yoga Mat which can ensure comfort for the entire class.
